Mission/Vision
Its mission is "to coordinate the activities of City departments, particularly those divisions within the Public Works Department, to be successful in fulfilling their missions of service to the residents, businesses, and visitors in the City of Roanoke."
Responsibility
The Director of Public Works provides support, direction and coordination for the Engineering Division, Transportation Division, Solid Waste Management Division and Environmental Management Office.
