Citizen of the Year

PURPOSE

To recognize citizen efforts to make the City of Roanoke a better place to live.

CRITERIA OF ELIGIBILITY

The nominee must be:

1. A citizen of the City of Roanoke.

2. Made a significant contribution to the life of the community.

3. Demonstrated a personal concern for the City's well-being and progressive development on a voluntary basis.

4. Performed activity, or a portion of the activity, in past years.
