Dan coordinates the administration and enforcement of the following:  (1) Part III of the VA Uniform Statewide Code (Maintenance Code) for maintenance of existing structures, (2) Rental Certificate of Compliance program, (3) zoning regulations, (4) inoperable motor vehicles, (5) weed and trash abatement; (6) graffiti abatement.  He supervises all activities of the Codes Compliance Inspectors.
