The Ticket Office is located on the East end of the Coliseum, facing Williamson Road. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, closed on Saturday except on days of events.

Office hours may vary on days of events, initial on-sale days, or holidays.

Group Sales

Groups of 20 or more save $$$ on regular ticket prices. Information on discounts is available upon request by calling the Group Sales Department at 540/ 853-5375.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available at the Box Office for gift giving. The recipient is able to use the gift certificate for any event held at the Roanoke Civic Center. Any denomination certificate may be purchased using cash, MC,Visa, Discover, and American Express. There is a $2.00 handling fee for all purchases.
