Ticket Information

Tickets for all ticketed events at the Roanoke Civic Center can be purchased at the Civic Center Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Mon. thru Fri.10AM - 6 PM, closed on Saturday except on days of events. Hours may vary on days of events, initial on-sale days, or holidays. For detailed event information, click on the specific event in the Calendar.

Tickets can also be charged by phone at 888-397-3100, online at tickets.com. Additional fees will apply to all charge-by-phone and online purchases.

Camera Policy

Small digital cameras and point and shoot cameras only are allowed at events unless the no camera policy is specified for the individual event.

Tag-A-Kid Program

Ask us about our FREE Tag-A-Kid service. Locate your lost child with a wristband, available for children 12 & under at the Ticket Office & Guest Services.

Parking/Shuttle Information

In the event where multiple events are held and/or anticipated large crowds are expected,at the Roanoke Civic Center, free shuttle service is offered from local parking garages to and from the facility. Parking garages are located at the corner of Williamson Rd and Tazewell Ave. and the Church Avenue garage located at Church Ave and Second St (take Williamson Rd to Church Ave, garage is on the right just before Second St.) The Roanoke Civic Center is located at 710 Williamson Road at the intersection of Williamson Road and Orange Avenue, and just off I-581 at Exit 4-E..
